Shipping Info
Currently, our online orders are limited to the continental Unites States. We ship most orders via FedEx. Customers must pay the full shipping amount. Great care is taken to make sure your instrument is packaged properly to ensure it arrives safely. All instruments are insured for the full payment amount when shipped.
Return Policy
48 Hour Trial
HHA recognizes the value added of a trial period when purchasing instruments via the web. Our trial period simply removes any concern on your part. We want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument. When you receive your instrument, you have 48 hours to return it provided:
- You pay shipping both ways (insurance must be included) and a 5% restocking fee
- The instrument is received back in the same condition / carefully packed in the same container as it was received
- You notify us of your intent to return and receive a Return Authorization number
- Instrument is a “stock” unit (not custom ordered)
Payment Policy
HHA accepts most major credit cards, cashier checks, cash, money orders or wire transfers. In the state of Texas we must charge state sales tax, other states are exempt.
